Keep Satisfaction High with Smart Sending

When your goal is to increase customer satisfaction, revenue and recurring purchases, the last thing you want to do is frustrate your customers.

Smart Sending places limits on the frequency that Air SMS will send marketing texts to your customers.  By default, Smart Sending is configured to 16 hours. If you attempt to send a marketing text, for example a marketing automation, within this period after another marketing text has been sent, the text message will not be sent.

This allows you to confidently send one or multiple marketing campaigns, even to overlapping segments, without worrying that you are frustrating your customers by sending too many messages.

To access this setting, navigate to Settings > Smart Sending in the app.

Note that Smart Sending only applies to marketing messages and automations. Shipping Confirmation texts will be sent even if a recent marketing text has been sent.
