My Messaging Cost is Different to What I Expected

At Air SMS we aim to be honest and transparent about how we charge for messages.

Here are answers to some common questions.

The message cost in my dashboard doesn't make sense

On your dashboard, we display your messaging cost in order to compare it to the revenue that you have made from this messaging.

In order to easily compare cost with revenue and calculate your ROI, for the purposes of the dashboard, we convert your messaging cost from USD (which we charge you) to the currency of your store.  If you store bills in a currency other than USD, this may account for the difference. Regardless of the dashboard, your account balance is still charged in USD as per our pricing.

It looks like I've been charged for more messages than I've sent

We may charge for more than one message per text that is sent. The messaging cost depends on the recipient's country, the length of the message and the content of the message. For more information, please read our guide on how messages are charged.
